PREPARATION & COOKING: for best results cook from frozen until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C). To thaw, remove from packaging and place in refrigerator ovrnight. Do NOT thaw in warm water or at a room temperature. Do NOT refreeze after thawing.
